I applied through other source. I interviewed at Binti (San Francisco, CA) in June 2026
Interview
CEO sourced me and the process took 2 weeks. Included HM screen, take home assignment, and an onsite interview day which included 4 interviews. The process moved quickly and there was always clear communication throughout. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and the questions they asked were very thoughtful. During the onsite day I also got to eat lunch with everyone which I enjoyed as well.

Question 1
What are the top 3 key ingredients to a successful recruiter?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Binti (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Reached out on my own on LinkedIn. Interview took a month. 8 rounds of interview.
Recruiting and leadership interview, Take home, leadership philosophy, PM collaboration, values interviews, 3-in-1 (technical/design/behavioral) with CTO and one additional round.
Overall my experience showed that the company does not have a decision framework that enables a good candidate experience. The previous glassdoor reviews track with my experience. There was a lot of scheduling chaos, no defined interview process, lots of readjustments and ultimately no feedback for rejection.
