The first part was with the hiring manager and department director. They focused on previous job experience. There were only a couple behavioral questions. The second part was with the team. Again, mostly focused on experience with a few behavioral questions. One red flag was the hiring manager was gossiping about a former coworker during the facility tour. The recruiter was uncommunicative and did not respond when asked for a follow up approximately 3 and 4 weeks after the interview.
