The interview process was divided as follows: - Initial call with the direct lining manager to discuss my expertise and willingness to work at Bio-techne; - A second round in person presenting in front of the direct line manager and regional manager.

The managers asked pointless questions, felt like they didn't want to be there. It was a poor interview. The presentation was on a boring topic with not much to discuss
