Initial interview was with team lead and another peer. Your typical interview: background, examples of work, questions about the role and company. Very cordial, welcoming. Next interview was with the Global Director. This was a little more buttoned up and serious, but still friendly. Only knock on the process was the length of time in between interviews and of updates on next steps. Very, very long.
