I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BioAgilytix Labs (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied and was asked to fill out an extensive questionnaire which were the same questions asked in the first interview. They didn't disclose what the expected pay range was for the position even though I asked and instead asked me what to expect.
I got reached out and had an interview with CEO/Director which went pretty well.
They reached out to me to schedule a 3 hour interview with different people from the team. Interview went well and I was also told potentially who the person I would work with was.
Afterwards, complete radio silence. I understand that I might have not been the right fit/they found a better person for this. I reached out after one week to HR, which until this point had been very responsive, no response whatsoever.
Very rude since I did multiple round of interviews and took a 3 hour interview with them and they did not even send me rejection email.

Question 1
Very generic "Top 10 questions to ask in an interview". Very depersonalizing interview (the group one) where I was constantly asked about minute lab skills. No interest whatsoever to ask about abilities and personality. Literally, looking for a robot to perform brain dead skills in lab.
Initial phone screening with Director. After screening a panel interview consisting of various managers from different teams. Each interview lasted between 10-15 mins. The final interview with with someone from HR
