BioLife Solutions Research Associate interview questions

The entire process, something felt off. No one I talked to seemed to know what they were looking for in a candidate. However, they kept passing me along despite me asking if they had any hesitations about me, or wanted me to clarify my experience. They then proceeded to grill my references for an hour each with questions that should have been directed toward me. For a company that has been around this long the lack of organization and disrespect for candidates is baffling. Their behavior screams early start up not established company.
