Biocare Medical interview questions

Series of interviews with 2-4 people consisting of staff from various departments. Pretty informal, some staff were awkward in that they probably didn't want to be there and didn't understand my background. After accepting an offer I realized Biocare had grossly misrepresented the position description and hours.

First phone interview from hiring manager which lasted about 15min, then phone interview from higher level manger which lasted about 10 min. I got invitation of on-site interview later of the day. Two days later I went to onsite interview which lasted about 2 hours, I have meet the team.
