Biofourmis Director interview questions

First I had a standard screening call. Then I received positive feedback and the team liked my resume, so I had two back to back interviews with senior team members. Overall positive experience speaking with them, somewhat of a challenging interview process as they asked behavioral type of questions (can you tell me about a time..) but overall they were also positive in their feedback and said they hoped we would be able to work together. I then got a quick communication (24 hours later) back from HR saying they wanted me to move to the last round with the hiring manager and head of team. Apparently there was a change in the hiring manager and this was never communicated to me. I met with the HM and it was a pleasant conversation but I don't feel like I fully got the chance to describe my skillset, it was as if I was met with skepticism. However I do feel like it went positively and was told I had an interesting and compelling background. I wrote thank you notes and then shortly thereafter received an AUTOMATED REJECTION from them (as if I had just applied blindly and not spent hours with them/made it to the final round...) I wrote to HR to ask for feedback and they never replied, Overall very disrespectful and inconsiderate.
