I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Biohorizons Implant Systems
Interview
I was referred to Biohorizons HR by a recruiter due to having necessary qualifications for the position.
After a 10 minute phone call with Aimee, I was told “she saw no reason not to move me up in the process”
Then I was told by the recruiter that “I wasn’t a good fit for the position”
No real reason given and opposite of what she stated during the phone interview.
Very disappointing experience.
Shortsighted to turn down a qualified candidate without giving them the opportunity to speak to the hiring manager.
I interviewed at Biohorizons Implant Systems (Denver, CO)
Interview
Solid interview. 4 Rounds. Behavioral and Motivational questions. Review products, do some field work yourself and come up with questions a sales rep would ask. Overall, a very straight forward and expected experience.
Very thorough, enjoyed speaking to them, also laid back. Got referred by a recruitment agency, through to the next stage but yet to know if I have the job yet.
Well advertised and seems like a dynamic role with room for growth. Excited for the future if I'm lucky enough to get the role
