2 or 3 managers are usually present at the interview, they will flipflop who is speaking. So it can bring out anxiety to the interviewee. Be sure to stay calm and confident in your answers. Ask them questions you have about the position from their perspective as well.

Easy enough, you get to walk through and maybe even shadow a tech to see what it’s about. They explain to you what it is they do and each position very briefly *Medical History, Phlebotomy, or sample prep. They will definitely ask you about your schedule and that will typically determine if they will extend an offer.
