The interview process can be stressful. I would encourage you to do research before each step of the interview process—research interview techniques and strategies. Know the STAR method. The first interview was via video recording, the second was through teams, the third was a realistic job preview where I got to go into one of the centers and ask a lot of questions, and the third was a pane interview. I would suggest having thought-out questions written down to ask will help.
