Video self-interview which I believe had six questions. I experienced some technical difficulties while conducting the interview. I don’t know if it was my computer, wi-fi connection or something on Biolife’s end, but there was no recourse and no contact information provided should I encounter said difficulties. All Biolife correspondence was via unmonitored email and I found the entire process very impersonal, unfriendly and distant. There was little I could do and as a result some of my video responses could not be submitted or I could not utilize the three attempts they offered to respond to the interview questions. I was not offered a second interview and, in retrospect, I was not disappointed by this as Biolife failed my interview. Biolife claims to care about their people, but if their recruiting department can’t be bothered to conduct a person to person interview, this is not a company with which I would like to gain employ. This screams lack of devotion and made me feel like a thingamajig on a conveyor belt that Biolife just ushers all candidates through. The unmonitored email rejection does not provide anything other than the rejection itself, but does provide a link to their website (if you’re lucky enough to navigate it) if you have questions or inquiries. I submitted an email via this link and never received a response. More evidence that they just don’t care. I’ll remain a Center Manager for Grifols (they compensate more) and I recommend applying with them rather than Biolife where all interviews are conducted by a real-life person.

Interviews with center manager, quality manager, district manager. Question go through the same situational format questions asked in other Biolife interviews looking for specific examples. We had a group manager so the that interview took place of the district manager.
