When you are applying online for BioLife Plasma Services. If you are selected to interview, you will receive an email or text invitation to complete five minute video interviews that you will need to answer to the best of your ability.
Telephone interview, then meeting with supervisor and manager. Got a tour of the facility and met my future coworkers. Discussed my school schedule to determine if my availability would be a good fit for the company.

Video interview via hirevue it was easy they ask you 5 questions and you have a minute to prepare and 4 chances to record your video. Kind of takes the pressure off of being in a in person interview
