As I had a fair bit of experience in the field it was mostly a chance for me to listen in to others and then a bit of an informal chat. I know most people went through a roleplay and a couple of people I've spoken to had a maths test. I know that since I've been hired they have a new HR guy and a new training coordinator so I imagine the interviews have changed a little.
