I flew from the greater New York area for the on site interview for this company. I had a full 8 hours of interview with every PhD person who worked there. It was hard to understand some of the accents and over an hour with Masoud Toloue. I practically went over my resume word by word with questions about every line. The employees seemed dissatisfied, but since I went for lunch with a bunch of them, they did not really say anything clearly enough. I never heard back from them regarding their decision. Its been over 7 months since the interview. Its evident how much value is placed on common courtesy and professional behavior. In retrospect, I am glad I did not fall for such a company.
