I was given a reference to your company by Vinay Bhartia's friend and so I applied with much eagerness and much enthusiasm. There were 3 rounds conducted after I shared my resume with HR. During these rounds, my entire experience and current work was probed which was normal but in the final round, I was asked to prepare a value deck for one of my current companies products including competitive analysis and a lot of efforts on strategy. After the final round, I wasn't selected and the reason being my lack of relevant experience which was unfair and not transparent as since from the start (my previous rounds), experience and salary both were already communicated with HR and team. Anyways, overall it was neutral experience with some new product learnings as I tried their freemium platform
