I applied through a job board and invited by HR. There were two rounds interview 1st by a panel for technical and functional skills.
2nd round was with the hiring manager(Dir) for purely people skills. The 1 hour meeting overshot by another hour.
I was a little overqualified for the position and had applied for skills mentioned in the Job Description, which didn't really match the actual work.
Some people who interviewed me were bright. I hope they learn a little about what not speak during an interview. A person cut off my answer very rudely. On a good day I would have excused myself.
I also heard that they have a new interview practice called "bar raiser" which is exactly what amazon does.
