Interview
It’s feels a little disorganized at times and things change quickly. They made it clear they are 5 days in & unlimited PTO. These were red flags to me but I appreciate the honesty.
Completed a standard multi-stage interview process and received a verbal offer. The company then walked it back, citing a hiring freeze, despite actively posting new positions on their careers page. Be cautious and don't consider anything final until you have a written offer letter in hand. The experience left a poor impression of how they treat candidates.
