First step was regular pre-screening, no issues. The second step was with the hiring manager for the team and was terrible. The person got into the interview, seeming already wanting to leave... the person wasn't rude but was extremely dry all the time, rushing my answers and also did not know to properly answer my questions at the end, giving very generic responses. Then they returned with a negative with an extremely generic email saying they had better candidates. No real feedback, which for me just means they just went to the interview because was already set. I have never had a chance IMO.
