Interview process is good, they treated well with welcome snacks and dedicated panel for interview. No waiting time for next rounds. They requested twice to have coffee. Small team. 1st round they check the communication skills and coding standards that you have. I cleared the 1st round. 2nd Round held by Sr.manager Kamesh. Very nice person he explained company views and not much questions. After the discussion Hr said will get back the feedback by monday but no replies from her till now.

Three rounds of interview. All in technical. There are only two ways to clear the interview. First one: should be extremely good at technical, data structs, Java. Second one: Should be reasonably good enough at technicalities and should be extremely lucky on the day of interview (This would be hypothetical case; people around who interview you, won't make it easy for you).
