Interview
The interview was conducted utterly online. First phase was an HR overview and discussion followed by a technical interview and a challenge. The process is closed with a team-fit interview where five to be colleagues are participated.
The challenge contained several problems what the candidate shall resolve:
-Unit test of a class
-Performance testing plan with JMeter
-UI test of a one page application
-API test
-A simple DB query with SQL
-Documentation of all the actions above
