The process was quick and effective. I ended up receiving an offer for another position within Bitpanda that was better suited to me. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were a right fit for each other. What I also enjoyed is that you could tell they are looking at the people and not only at their background. They try to get to know you and want to make sure that you will enjoy your work with them.
