Interviewing at Bitpanda was the WORST interview experience I've ever had! Insulting and rude are both understatements. Out of the 25 minute conversation I was only given the opportunity to speak for well under 10 minutes and the interviewer was literally all over the place. He was very rude, with comments like ''I can't see why you used to be paid so well'', making huge assumptions about my background just by looking at my CV on his screen rather than giving me the opportunity to speak, answering his own questions, and talking over me throughout the entire interview. There's a lot more that I could say but quite frankly won't waste my time. What an experience at Bitpanda - have never seen anything like it. To add to this, it's been over 2 weeks since my interview and I've been completely ghosted by the recruitment team. Bitpanda how much talent do you think there is to go round? After this experience, I'll never consider working here.
