There were 4 stages.
The first meeting is with the hiring team, followed by a cultural interview where you're asked about your latest projects. It's focused on evaluating your proactivity, past experiences, and ability to communicate clearly.
The technical interview is conducted by a staff engineer and covers topics related to react, performance, accessibility, good practices, and JS. It’s structured more like a conversation, where you also discuss your past learnings and challenges. Also, there is a JS exercise.
Finally, there's an interview which seems to determine if you're a cultural fit for the company.
The process is quick and efficient. I usually received feedback the day after each interview, and the hiring team was consistently transparent and communicative throughout.
