Present the company in a positive light. Address the (potential) elephant in the room – If your company is known as being a tough place to work, be honest about it, but not to the point of being discouraging. Be as transparent as possible. With so many resources at a candidate’s fingertips, it is easy to see if a company isn’t telling the whole truth when it comes to the inner workings and culture of their organization.

it was through a zoom call, went very smoothly wasn't as intense as I thought it would be. Various questions were asked, and I was able to answer them calmly as the interviewer was also very pleasant and calm to talk to.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bizco Technologies (Lincoln, NE)
Interview
While it took weeks for an offer to come through, I thought it was due to their lack of understanding the industry pay. However, after a sit down interview with 8 people in the room, and several weeks of waiting, they made a ridiculously low offer. I turned them down and told them where the range would need to be for me to accept the position. The interview itself had 2 executives, a sales manager, engineer, and an install manager in the room. Very unprofessional, and quite poor.
