Initial phone screen with HR for about 10 min, then hour long video chat with hiring managers based on my resume and past experience followed by in person which took 2-3 hours. I was told to schedule for final round with CEO but then HR ghosted without getting back. The whole process was time consuming and disappointing that HR did not follow up in professional manner. And hiring managers asked many irrelevant and personal questions which I feel in appropriate.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bizflow (Falls Church, VA) in June 2020
Interview
Good. Great company potential, doing new things. Interview wasn't too difficult. Interesting questions. The interviewer tries to get to know you in every aspect possible, which is great. Didn't work out in the end, though.

Tell me about yourself.
How would you bridge the gap between data and business analysis?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bizflow (Austin, TX) in May 2019
Interview
Got Finance VP interview first (about an hour) and CEO interview (about two hours) next week. Both of them were Skype interview but I heard that some people get their final on-site.
