Terrible. I had two interviews, one with a recruiter, then an HR person, before being told i was being moved on to speak with the CTO. But then right before that CTO interview, i was told by the hiring manager (senior engineer) that they weren't moving forward after looking at my resume. Really nice to have my resume looked at after 2 rounds by the person actually in charge / have the first two people's opinions mean nothing. And also wasted my time I used to prepare.
