The video-interview was very relaxed with two Project Leaders of the NYC office with almost no small-talk. They directly started to ask questions about my academic and professional background, then a small presentation of 2 own projects and 2 professional projects with specifying the role. They care the most about the concept and form development.

Short and direct, lasted 20 minutes tops, sat with two mid-level employees and explained some of my work, and asked some questions about their upcoming projects - did not get an offer.

the interview was a standard 30 minute interview, the interviewers were nice. they asked standard questions about the projects and work experience, the overall experience was nothing special. Would definitely want to return to BIG one day.
