The entire call took all of 10 minutes and was very simple and straightforward. I was asked about my serving experience and why I would want to work there. Overall, easy!

Interview
The store manager asked personal questions that are illegal to ask. For example, how old are you, what is your relationship status, and are you expecting any kids. These questions are to probe whether you will be calling out a lot and or have other priorities over them.
