I was asked Behavioral Questions which gauged whether I would be a cultural fit - typical interview questions. Once you passed the phone screening, you're asked to perform in excel and power point. There will be a case study given to you.

What are the three financial statements & how do they tie together?
first round phone call and then excel test. Final round is onsite interview with analyst and MD. The process took around 2 week and you can meet most of the people in the team
