Easy to get job but then we had to take a long detailed test about the menu, everything down to ingredients and sauces and portion sizes except I barely knew any of that and still passed so no need to freak out over it

They seemed desperate to hire and seemed like they weren't prepared to interview or had forgotten. It just seemed very thrown together. I just wish they would have prepared better and been more coordinated
