Interview
First I waited in a shabby lobby for roughly 30 minutes with at least 5 other people, even though I had a specified interview time. I was seen by the Principal/CEO for only about 10 minutes only to have him review my resume and give me condescending comments about where I saw myself in 5 years.
I asked why type of work the firm did, and I was immediately met with "I cannot share that information," which is completely asinine, unhelpful, and downright rude. I completely shut down after that remark because I had no interest in working at a poor excuse of a communications firm in a condescending environment created by their own CEO.

Interview
I applied over the weekend and got a response on Monday to come in for an interview the next day. I had a scheduled interview time but when I got there (30 minutes ahead) and my time rolled around, they weren’t even ready. They were far behind on their interviews. I also noticed that other “companies” were there to interview as well. It was at least 3 different company names I saw. Also, the position I applied for wasn’t even what I was really going to be doing.

Interview
I applied for the job and the same day I received an email asking me to schedule an interview. The automated email was funny, took some of the pressure off. The interview was the next day. Unfortunately the traffic was unreal so I was late but they were very understanding and still wanted to give me the interview. I was asked a few questions based on my resume and some about if the job would suit me. Very welcoming people. Waiting to hear if I have an offer.
