I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blackbaud (New York, NY)
Interview
Interview process is very thorough and straightforward. I had an amazing recruiter named Kim who helped streamline the process and was very communicative. Furthermore, I consistently was in contact of my territory manager who kept me up to date.

Question 1
Tell me how you would handle a budget sensitive nonprofit buyer?
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
