Blackhawk Technical College interview questions

Interview process takes about 3-4 weeks from contact to hire. There is a basic interview in front of 4-5 people first, then another second interview with academic leadership. Questions generally pertain to management style, understanding of best practices in instruction and assessment design, and your ability to innovate.
