I was recruited by a third party agency who had advertised this position on behalf of B&S. I had a phone interview with the agency and then an in-person interview at the firm with a partner and 2 senior managers. All of my interactions were very pleasant though the entire process took a little longer than was necessary (about a month between my application and the actual offer). I attribute this to the communication with the agency contact being slow.
