I was referred to Blackmer by a staffing group, as they need urgent IT help due to issues with their parent company and vendor. We agreed on a rate, and I was submitted to the interview. The interview was successful, and I was given an offer. I accepted the offer and filled out my paperwork, wherein Blackmer came back and said they would only pay half the agreed upon wage. I politely declined.
