CV emailed to store manager and interview arranged to be during a quiet period of the store opening. Opening was advertised by store and students union. Interview process was smooth and clear timelines were set.

What my favourite book was and which author would I want to talk to?
Two interviews. The first was a casual one-to-one chat and the second involved two people - one asking the questions and the other transcribing. Questions were fairly standard. It was disappointing that after receiving a rejection, the interviewer twice ignored my request for feedback
