Overall, the experience was positive and insightful, providing a clear picture of the agency's culture and expectations. They were looking for specific skills to apply to their specialisation so focused very heavily on my previous career experience and asked many questions, but in general it was a good balance of tough questions and more casual chat about my goals for the role etc.. One area for improvement could be providing more details about additional benefits they offer (aside form remote work), as this wasn't clear/covered on the call.
