Blend Engineer interview questions

Was contacted via A-List. Had an introductory conversation with a recruiter. Follow up with a head of several teams. Then nothing until I reached out. Managed to get the recruiter to talk to me on the phone. Read between the line in what she was telling me about why I wasn't moving forward: If you value work/life balance, don't expect to get an offer from this company. In no uncertain terms I was told that unless I was willing to work outside of normal hours I was not a good fit. I will not be recommending this company to anyone ever. People should have weekends.
