Overall, I think this process dragged out way too long and was way too time-intensive, especially given the compensation package (below market salary, bad benefits package) they offer. Interview process spanned about 2 months from initial contact to final conversation. It was comprised of the following. 5 30-60 minute with VPs, Directors, and other Engineering Managers that included system design questions & whiteboarding code primarily. 45 minute presentation over a project you've worked. 1.5 hour online technical assessment containing 6 algorithm (4 python, 2 SQL) and 3 short text box questions. After finishing this process I was told they wanted me for a completely different position than they interviewed me for, and insulted me by saying they didn't want me for the DE manager position because they had 'High Standards' for their DE team even though I have over 7 years of experience in this field. Stay away from this company, and read the reviews from engineers and data scientists that work there. Seems like it's a toxic environment.
