A UK interview followed by a US Assessment, including a presentation and an analysis of an employee engagement survey from PepsiCo - real work situation, had to do analysis and make recommendations. The presentation was of a real life scenario of my experience and was to 5 people with lots of questions. Then a 1:1 interview with the CEO.

I was contacted within a day of my application. I went thru a pre-screening on the phone, and then was set up for a face to face interview the following week. I was interviewed by two associates for which lasted an hour. They both seemed very impressed with my qualifications, and I felt it went well. They indicated that I would be called back for a second interview, but the call never came. When I contacted the HR department to find out if the position was still open, no one responded. I thought it was unprofessional to just leave a person hanging.
