I applied online. I interviewed at Blitt and Gaines P.C
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. HR first reached out for a short phone screening to confirm my background and availability. A few days later, I had a casual interview with a state-level attorney and one of the partners. The conversation felt more like a relaxed chat than a formal interview — they mainly wanted to understand my personality, communication style, and general attitude toward work. There were no technical or legal questions, just situational and behavioral ones to see if I’d be a good fit for the team. As long as you show a positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in the role, you’ll likely receive an offer.

“How do you handle stress or tight deadlines?” and “What made you interested in working in this practice area?”
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blitt and Gaines P.C (Naperville, IL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview was pretty standard as far as questions. However, you can tell how oriented the company is to one another by how they advocate for each other and the company.
The whole process moved very quickly. Had one phone interview and then a zoom interview. The people I talked to were all very nice. Not sure what else to put but it's making me put 30 words.
