Block 64 interview questions

HR reached out to me via email after I applied but they took a while to reply with an interview time. When they did reply they replied the same day and 2 hours prior to the call and I had to make arrangements to be available. They didn't call on time and I missed the call. Communication was very poor and it doesn't seem like they are serious about hiring.
