I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Block (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out, had a mock call. They give you the instructions for this portion, it is pretty simple. You get two tries. Went really well for myself and got great feedback. Next steps were a panel interview, boiler plate questions for a sales role. This is where the situation became unpleasant. My interview went really well, got positive feedback during interview from hiring manager. Was told I would hear back a week later, followed up with recruiter and never heard back. At least give people that take the time from their job and life the respect of a decision instead of ghosting them like a teenager. Wouldn’t want to work here with this kind of behavior. Be better.
