The interview process was a great experience. Difficult but it was all worth it. You can tell that they don't just hire anybody.. Such a unique interview process. The people there are very friendly and make it an experience when being interviewed for the company.

5). Skype interview with the VP of Risk Operations & Team Lead of Risk.

There was an exercise with an Operations teammate. Teammate walked in with a Mac Air 13" laptop & shows you a database they use & explains it. He then hands the laptop to you & then asks you what you see. (Pay very close attention when he is describing the database!)
