Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience interviewing for the Customer Support Representative role at Square. We were extremely disappointed to read about your interview process — definitely not cool, and we're really sorry. We'll discuss your feedback with the Customer Support team immediately to find out what happened here and make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future. We will work to make sure that future interviewers are trained on proper interviewing etiquette. Last year, we implemented a candidate experience survey and we are using those results and Glassdoor feedback to continuously improve our candidate experience.
