Interview
1. Initial call screen by recruiter
2. Call with hiring manager
3. Call with colleague / peer in team
The final interviewer came across very arrogant, showed no form of empathy, read programmatic scripted questions. Didn’t get a sense of want or belonging at this company so went back to recruiter and declined pursuing this further.
