Interview
I applied online and was contacted shortly after.
The first interview was a screening by HR then I had three interviews with different Leads/Manager.
The last part was to be a 4 hours session.
It started by 3 half hours having different chat/interview with employee who would have been my colleagues, then with a trainer, then mock up call with two leads. Up to this point everything went well, I was told that there would be a fifteen minutes break.
When I joined back the video call the person who answered wasn't the one I was suppose to meet, the person then told me that the interview process would stop here and there. No reason provided only that someone from recruiting would contact me later.
To say I was shocked was an under statement, as like I said up to this point the communication was so great and fluid.
However I had to chase to obtain a reason and clarification as to what happen and the reason provided was extremely weird..
I was told that they had a business emergency, and that they had decided to go with someone internal. I am still confused as to how this could have happened in the space of fifteen minutes.
I understand that company may have emergency and I would have understood that they cut my interview short because of that, but then to say we'll go with someone internal?
I just am still confused at how it was handled and feel that I was not valued appropriately when I had to be the one chasing for the reason as to why the interview was cut short.
I don't hold grudges against the company, I just hope that they take note of the experience in orde to avoid this happening to someone else.

Interview
Pre-screening calls x2 [first with a team member to check language skills, then with Managing Director]. The following week was 4 back to back interviews in 1 day. Mixture of team members, team lead, and Senior leadership. Way too long a process for a junior level role like this.
Very easy straight the point. There are two interviews. The first one they ask you basic question customer service questions. Second Interview you have to memorize a scenario and give instructions to recruiter.
It was easy and simple. I had to wait a little bit to get to the actual interview but not that much. The interviewers were nice and pleasant. They answered all my questions

They asked some some questions about how I would handle certain situations
