4 step interview process; recruiter phone call, hiring manager phone call, 3 interviews with current employees and a presentation at the end in front of a panel. It is a longer process but overall pretty smooth

HR call: motivation, experience in the latest position. how the ability link to the company. The experience with cold call. The experience with communication across function.
After that will be the meet with regional manager and role play. After that shall be meeting with the director.

Interview
The recruiter was unresponsive and no showed to 2 interviews blaming Google Calendar for the mishaps. When we spoke they used profanity and were very unprofessional. They said they would move me in to the next round but I never heard back about getting this scheduled even after I emailed several times to follow up. Very disappointing.
