      PR Manager Interview

      6 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tel Aviv-Yafo
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I applied online. I interviewed at Blonde2.0 (Tel Aviv-Yafo)

      Interview

A bit odd. Had a face-to-face interview with the HR representative and another senior manager. I felt it went well, and got an assignment to send back later. Over the interview, they kept telling me how much the position needs to be filled ASAP but after I sent back the assignment, they really did take their time. I emailed the HR lady who said "we will talk later", and called me 2 days after only to let me know that they were not happy with my assignment yet want me to get another one. I mean, this is weird, you are either impressed or you're not. I sent another assignment , and still 2 weeks of silence. As others mentioned before, it is common courtesy to let someone know they didn't get a job, especially after 2 assignments that obviously take time and are not paid for. I still don't know either I got the job or not, but it obviously doesn't feel very tempting to join such a place, and I already got a few other offers from places who do know how to work organised and professionally. Overall, not a great experience. This is upsetting, as I liked the place when I first walked in and had high hopes.
